    Poor lunch service this afternoon. There was going to be a 25-minute wait at 1:30 for lunch if we didn't decide to sit at the bar. The poor bartender was by himself and stressed with all of the orders he had to maintain. He, then, wasn't able to fully deliver on our order (tried remembering in his head rather than writing it down) as he brought me the wrong soup. He promised to bring out a new one but didn't for 15 minutes until remembering when he brought out our entrees. The soup was then very watery and lacked taste - which is very rare for my Olive Garden visits as I come specifically for the Zuppa Toscana. I tried the new Breadstick Sandwich (Chicken Parm) and it was pretty good. The top is a bit greasy, but it wasn't that bad. A good introduction to their menu. The sandwich also came with shoestring fries (also good). I asked for another Zuppa Toscana soup to go (didn't mention how bad the first one was), and the bartender obliged because of his previous mistake. Lots of crying children at lunch time. I always go for dinner when it seems more like an adult environment. I'll know to come for dinner for now on.

    The food was okay, the service was usually okay, and the management was okay. Choose this Italian restaurant if you can't find Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen.

    We always have a habit of visiting Olive Garden when we go to the USA and this was no different. The speed of service was great (was seated immediately on Black Friday at 1pm), service was great (promptly asked for drinks, meal, how it was, and refills on drinks/soup/salad), and the food was nicely presented and nice and hot. Remember to ask for the lunch menu unless you are aware of the portions in USA (I'm from Canada). For lunch, you USUALLY (depending on what you order) get unlimited soup/salad and breadsticks and the entree is usually between $9 - $12 USD. By the time that my entree arrives, I have usually gone through 2 soups (I really like the chicken and gnocchi) and I'm fairly full by then and have to pack up half my entree to go. I'd have no issues with recommending the place to others and we would return.

    Service has been good. My first time here was horrible, but it must have been a fluke because I've had nothing but good experiences since. Food is pretty good. I would love to give the Tour of Italy another try, but the one time I got it my chicken was an overcooked brick. Everything else has been great, though.

    UPDATE: The manager of the restaurant called and apologized and offered to send over an Olive Garden gift card. Received it: $30, only allowed to use in USA, despite him saying we could use it at a Red Lobster in Canada. We had 4 people in our party. Hmm.

    Olive Garden is one of those places that give chain restaurants a bad name. They suck! We only went because we had gift cards we wanted to use. It's dirty and unkept here. My mother and I came in on a Thursday around 3, wasn't busy at all. But rather than getting fast service, it was painfully slow. We were seated and waited 15 minutes before given menus or the waitress came to get our drink orders. She approached us by saying "oh nobody's helped you, I guess I will?" This waitress took literally ten minutes for everything, taking our order, bringing us our salad, our straws, our dinners. The manager even saw us waiting and didn't even approach us to ask how everything was going, he looked like a slob. The food is average, service is horrible, and the bathrooms are disgusting. The faucet is broken and needs to be fixed. The employees also smoke in front of the building. Spend your money at a nice local Italian restaurant. Not at this place, what a joke.

    I have always enjoyed a meal at Olive Garden. No, it's not authentic Italian food by any means, but I was most impressed with the service at this site. Everyone was so pleasant, I was genuinely impressed. Even the waitstaff that weren't working my table offered assistance. The food is decent, I especially enjoy the salad and breadsticks. If you are a fan of Olive Garden food, this site is worth coming to.

    I was visiting my hometown this past weekend and ended up at this Olive Garden with some friends for dinner. What's a gluten-free diner doing at an Italian pasta chain for dinner, you ask? I'm eating yummy steak and chicken kabobs is what I'm doing! The waiter clearly didn't know what gluten-free was, when I asked if he could leave the croutons off the salad. That worried me. He said he'd go check about a special menu with the manager. He brings out the salad with dressing (that's all gluten free) and voila! He hands me a GF menu! There aren't a ton of choices, but there are several different meat dishes and even a pasta dish with rice pasta. I ended up picking the kabobs and they were great. I thought I would surely get sick taking such a risk on this meal, but I ended up feeling just fine. So GF diners, if you're willing to take the risk on a chain restaurant's GF menu, this one seems to be a relatively safe one. Kudos to Olive Garden for staying on top of the food allergy needs of their customers.

    There was an older lady who walked with a cane that sat us and she was so lovely. Nicest person, so funny, super sweet. Our waiter was ok out appetizer took forever to come but the waiter took it off our bill. The sangarita was amazing highly recommend that. Food is always good.

    So Olive Garden gets dogged a lot for their food. I don't really get that - it is a chain restaurant, so some things on the menu are better than others and you have to know what to order. Personally I can find a few things on the menu I like, and as a vegetarian my options are typically extremely limited, so frankly I'm happy with the food. But its my customer service experience that prompted me to write this. My fiancee and I just finished dinner there. Our waitress was flat out fantastic. Prompt service, friendly and social yet not intrusive, and checked on us regularly. My fiancee made an off the cuff comment about my entree being better than hers and the waitress offered to exchange her meal...it wasn't even a complaint. Either management there is doing a phenomenal job at hiring and training or they just got lucky. I suspect they pay attention to these reviews and I hope so, because our waitress Paige deserves special mention. Food was good, service was worthy of letting people know. My fiancee declined the offer, her food was good too, so this wasn't prompted due to getting anything free.

    My husband and I went on a spontaneous date here on a Friday night. We were told it was going to be a 30 minute wait, but only waited maybe 20 minutes at the most. While waiting I ran into a friend who was with her husband and 3 year-old daughter and I was so surprised that Olive Garden was able to accommodate us all to be able to sit together! They were so wonderful, and the food was delicious as always. I really appreciate good customer service!

    As part of a chain, you won't be surprised by anything here. The food is standard Olive Garden fare, tasty without being truly memorable. The service is fine, but has been a bit spotty in the handful of times I've been here. There is seldom a wait and the interior is inviting enough. If you already know you love Olive Garden then you won't be disappointed, but I can't help but think it's pretty expensive for what I'm getting.

    Considering this is a chain, I give it a high review. Have eaten there 10-12times in the last three years. Quality service. Nice atmosphere. Things are maintained and clean. The food is above average for a chain. They actually have romaine in the salad bowls....not just head lettuce. the food quality is consistent. The waitstaff actually engages and talks with you, not at you. The best part? No televisions......

    Olive Garden is one of those places that can satisfy the whole family pretty well. They have a nice kids menu, a few healthy or vegetarian selections and lots of red saucy Italian-American classics. The wait can sometimes be a bit long, but there is plenty of waiting room, both inside and outside the establishment. Restrooms are clean and well stocked and tables and floors are cleaned promptly when a party leaves. The food is standard Olive Garden fare...I had the Five Cheese Ziti and it was standard...which is pretty good, in my opinion. My daughter had the kids chicken fingers with a side of pasta, which pleased her. Overall, people were pleased with their meals and enjoyed what they ordered. The salad was a little limp and lacking on this visit, but maybe it was just a bad produce week. I hope that is the case because I really enjoy their salad, generally. This is a nice place to go with a large group or a group with diverse preferences because there really is something for everyone. It just isn't a place I get cravings for, like some of my favorite restaurants which can be found tucked into unique neighborhoods, small storefronts and ethnic enclaves.

    Took my kids there a few days ago. Looked forward to their lasagna. But much to my dismay I discovered a long curly hair embedded in my entree. Disgusting! After notifying the waitress, she did not even offer to remove it from my bill. Her response: "Oh, I hate when this happens." - and then radio silence. The manager, Chad, was very professional and empathetic in offering to make me another entree minus the [angel]hair; however, my appetite was long gone. The entree was removed from my bill at my insistence. I do not think I will returning to this restaurant.

    The Olive Garden is one of our favorite chains, we love this place! This location had fast services and the food was delicious and well prepared (Spaghetti and Meat Balls, Peach Ice Tea, Cheese Ravioli, and White Raspberry Cheesecake) The only down part of dinner was our server. Just a few points, she did not make eye contact, was not overly friendly, she did not bring a water that I asked for, she did not offer more bread sticks, she brought our bill without asking if we wanted dessert (but we ordered it anyways), and when she brought the cheque she just dropped it on the table and said "here you go" (While looking away) We are nit picky at ALL in restaurants and are pretty easy going. I just had to mention all of these things are they were relevant to the experience. We still left a 10% tip, if we get great service at Olive Garden we usually leave over 20%.

    Second time coming here, this has been a much better experience than the first. Great service by Stan. Great soup and a great dish of pasta. The serving size is also worth the money. I will be coming back here again

    My husband and I came here after a wonderful day. I ordered a glass of Wine and the 20 year old waitress asked me for my ID. I was not expecting this, as I am going to be 41 this year. Of course I didn't have it on me, no one asks me for it. She said she had to ask anyone under 30. I'm 40! I don't even look 39, much less 20! So she asks her manager, and she says no too. Unreal. I can understand if I look 10 years younger.. And that's a long shot... But under 21? No way! We go to nicer restaurants and don't get carded. If I were 20 I sure wouldn't go to Olive Garden to tie one on. We left for another restaurant. If you are 40, take your ID. They're rule to ID for 30 and under is a lie.

    This is an as advertised chain. Italian food made middle of the road made into Italian comfort food. We love the soup, a couple of the main courses but............ I have a medical condition and must limit my water intake. No problem you say. The first time into this location I explained the situation and asked that my water come in the smallest glass in the restaurant and then I said "like the Highball or Dump glass in the bar" ......"Do you understand" I asked. "Yes, no problem" She came back with the same 20 OZ glass she was giving to my wife and said "The bartender said, only bar drinks get a small glass and tell the customer to accept the 20OZ glass" As you may guess that did not set well with me and after 3 managers came over and finally made it 'right' with a small glass ......we ate and left with huge apologies from them all. Last night we went back and this time my wife said. "My husband has a medical condition and must restrict his water intake. Can you bring him a small glass like the small glasses in the bar?" "Yes", the very nice waitress said and she promptly returned with 2 20 OZ glasses and told us that the bartender told her that it was restaurant policy to Only serve water in Tall, 20 OZ glasses. I was mortified, embarrassed, mad as hell and wanted to leave. My wife suggested we stay until a manager came over. The manger did arrive and told us "It is Olive Garden Policy to not serve water in anything other than 20 OZ glasses but she would make an exception this time only" I am still embarrassed after 24 hours. If this is the Policy of the chain then that is there business decision and I will respect it and take our food dollars elsewhere

    We had dinner here multiple times. Overall the food is great and the service is quick. The staff is friendly, they even speak italian as you walk out the door :p Their new menu is excellent. I sugguest going there on Wednesday. I found their food tastes best on that day. I avoid this place on Weekends. The wait time is 40+ minutes.

    I eat here frequently and love this restaurant. I have had poor experiences with service at some Olive Gardens including not being waited on at all in one, but never here, it has always been good, friendly and efficient. Their Tuscana soup is one of my soups favorites anywhere. I love their Tour of Italy dinner so that I can get three of my favorites at once. Nice selection of wines and non alcoholic drinks ending with a great dessert menu. A very relaxed and comfortable place to eat out. Best to get there when they first open, between 2-4pm or after 8 pm if you hate crowds.

I'm eating yummy steak and chicken kabobs is what I'm doing! The waiter clearly didn't know what gluten-free was, when I asked if he could leave the croutons off the salad. That worried me. He said he'd go check about a special menu with the manager. He brings out the salad with dressing (that's all gluten free) and voila! He hands me a GF menu! There aren't a ton of choices, but there are several different meat dishes and even a pasta dish with rice pasta. I ended up picking the kabobs and they were great. I thought I would surely get sick taking such a risk on this meal, but I ended up feeling just fine. So GF diners, if you're willing to take the risk on a chain restaurant's GF menu, this one seems to be a relatively safe one. Kudos to Olive Garden for staying on top of the food allergy needs of their customers.
